Jackson County Fuel Committee (JCFC) is a free and voluntary private membership association of forestry, timber, and mill workers, low-income seasonal and service workers, students, teachers, clergy, local merchants, and other concerned community residents. Operating seven days a week with an all-volunteer staff and no government funding, JCFC is dedicated to addressing heating disparity.
